Each year at St James we have a special focus.   The goal for 2022 is as follows

In 2022, St James will live and proclaim the Truth, Hope, Care and Confidence we have in Christ

As we come out of a year of lockdowns we believe that our society needs to see and hear the church’s message in a particular way.   In a world where truth is a rare commodity, the world needs to see the reality of the Truth of Christ.   In a world that seems to fear death the message of the eternal Hope of Christ is a comfort worth focusing on.  In a world where people have felt alone and isolated Christian care is a precious commodity.  In a world of uncertainty, and anxiety, confidence that comes from knowing that Christ holds our future in His hands brings a peace that passes all understanding.
