St. James Day and Confirmation

Sunday July 24th at10am and 1.30pm.  Come along and celebrate with Thanksgiving what God is doing among us and celebrate those who are committing their lives to Jesus.  Bp Genieve Blackwell will be with us.  A community lunch will follow the 10am service.

St. James @5.30pm 

Begins Sunday July 31st. Our new evening service is aimed at 16 – 30 year olds.   Start thinking about who you can invite to come to this service.

Women’s Event 13-August 2016:

Heart of Mercy, How God’s heart of mercy can change yours… and your heart of mercy can change the world. It’s great to have Megan Curlis-Gibson again this year. Megan an Anglican Minister currently working as Chaplain at Ivanhoe Girls’ Grammar School and as a locum speaker around Melbourne. She is mum to Phoebe, 5, and wife to Phil. Megan is a big coffee fan, can’t resist a second hand book shop, and wishes she had more time to read old-fashioned mystery stories.

Visit from LEADS CEO:

The CEO of LEADS (The TEAR partner in Sri. Lanka) Roshan Mendis will be at St. James on Friday July 22nd at 7.30pm. Any interested parishioners are welcome to come along. We will meet in the Parish Lounge.
